This 24mW x 95mL vehicle shed is a turnkey project involving design and professional engineer endorsement. Construction began from piling and footing works to structure & electrical installation and to final testing & commissioning of the shed.

Fabrication of mild steel skid complete with piping and electrical installation

For a low pressure regulator  station, this system includes a buried section of Ø300mm gas inlet and outlet main pipes, externally coated with 6mmThk bitumen.

Ø1600mm x 3000mmL diesel storage tank with cat ladder and diesel filling pipe.

Used for handling edible products, penetration weldments and well polished surfaces were required to ensure that residues are not trapped in weld joints and on rough surfaces

Fabrication of mild steel & stainless steel silencers of various diameters, ranging from 0.5m to 2m.

Fabrication of stainless steel mixing / storage tanks.

Design,  fabrication & installation of Ø2m x 13mH SS304 silo c/w with QP calculation and endorsement.

OD900 x 900mmH hopper with internal surfaces sandblasted. Meticulously fabricated such that no bending lines can be seen.

Ø900 x Ø160 x 700mmH stainless steel hopper for processing of edible oils.
